I had a great experience with Terry Subaru. From the salesman, Vernon and the guy that did all of the paper work! They were so accommodating and knowledgeable! I just had a “class” with Sage, learning about all of the bells and whistles on my new Forrester. And she was so helpful! It is like driving a computer! but she answered every question that I had and was so patient. Another great experience!
this is my first Subaru, so far everything is good. The dealership has been great to work with. I went to the dealer to test drive the 2025 Subaru Outback. Chris Woods was very good to work with. I wanted the car but Terry’s did not have my color combination. Chris Woods and Hutch worked hard to find the color combination along with the options. They found a car for me several days later. Chris is very knowledgeable about Subaru, made sure everything was ready for pickup and Landon made the paperwork easy. This was actually the best stress free experience buying something I have had in quiet awhile. Eliona really is a walking car manual, she has the answers. I had a great experience. I’d done a test drive with my son in the summer and when ready to purchase, my son was in TX. I put him on speakerphone and he participated in the entire process, asking questions and clarifying any details. My wife and I had the best purchasing experience of a new vehicle in 45 plus years on Saturday working with CJ ( Carl Jones ) . He was just incredible. Extremely easy to work with. He took all the time we needed. He knew the product and made us feel so welcome to the dealership. Did not parade sale managers in to work us over. Only CJ and the awesome finance manager Landon Dalton were the only two people we really had to deal with. They both answered all of both me and my wife's questions. We came in to the dealership having done our homework and were prepared ahead of time knowing our credit and having all the needed documentation that would be needed for financing. We both highly recommend CJ and the wonderful folks at Terrys Subaru. When you want a first class purchasing experience, go in and look up CJ. I am sure the other professionals are just as awesome as he was but our experience was with CJ and we are so glad we met him. 5 plus stars and more if we could give it. By the way, stop by and look at that repair shop. Any place that is kept as clean and organized as this was tells you there is a pride in the business and that reflects in the service after the sale.
